tare SG yah it's sooooo impt to find a good hairstylist! found mine by "chance"... went to this salon [rebrand from my previous] with they were full and can't do mine... but stylist happened to be the senior stylist there. saw my hair and ask if i wanna do it... she squeezed time in for me cos she feel she have to do something abt it... yes it was bad >.< and she wanna curl my hair tis time.... ... ... wonder how i'll look.... ... ...
the Bear SG i used to live a hermit's life when i was doing shifts.. i think with the boss's recommendation in my appraisal report thingy, i'll never do shifts ever again.. something about my spine and (what she says) my suitability for "staff work" ahahaha.. i've never been suitable for staff work.. i'm in my element at the operations bit but then, i'm not complaining.. staff work = 5 day work weeks
LOTUSfairy SG Morning... and i am sleepy...skin rash..no good sleep....wanna take meds but cannot.....tmr gotto donate blood..... *yawn* how....
Rhonda SG Yeeeaaaaahh!!! Soooo very important!! I had to live with bad hair for an entire year and a half before I gave this very sleek and posh-looking hairsalon a try, and hit the jackpot! At first, I was a bit concerned, because the hairstylist looked a bit redneck... but she turned out to be the best of the lot I've had so far! She even blow-styled my hair a bit... added soft waves from the mid-length down to the ends. Looked sooooo kawaii!! I liiiiiikeeeeee!!! Sadly, to make those waves permanent, it would cost me upwards of A$300!! Anyways, tare, I'm going on that date. The guy sounded so nice and easygoing on the phone, and he seems keen, so I'll go meet him and have a good time!
the Bear SG good or bad hairstylist or barber or me running through a fire, everyday is bad fur day for me and i'll still look as deranged
viciouskitty74 SG I prefer working on weekends, except for those 1/2 day Sat thingy where basically, everyone is not in the mood to work and the spillover effect will affect me. I've yet to find a company that let Secretaries work on weekends and off on weekdays.
the Bear SG of course... secretaries are there to assist the boss... and bosses work on weekdays because everyone else does.. anyway, someone's brought her baby to the office again.. she's on leave so why the hell is she here? worse, the baby has crapped himself... and the horrid smell of baby poo
viciouskitty74 SG Well, most hair salons in OC California is owned by Koreans or Vietnamese. And they are better, because they understand asian hair better. Do they do waxing & manicures too?
viciouskitty74 SG Hey, you will drink coffee thats passed thru a birds innards. And baby poo shoud remind you that you are human, your mummy smelt yours you know. Whens the last time you hug your mummy?
the Bear SG stink = stink.. you can label crap as fertiliser, plant food, whatever, it is still crap... like i've said to people: a rose by any other name still smells as sweet... crap by any other name is still naff
elindra SG DIY is not as nice Plus I'm dying my hair and highlighting it too ><"<br /><br />Vanity comes with a price <img src="/images/emoticons/classic/icon_cry.gif" alt="Crying or Very sad" title="Crying or Very sad"/>
the Bear SG same woman... dunno why on leave keep coming back to office thing is, the past few days, it was because she's handing over her rec club treasurer duties.. but today, i don't know why... and the baby in the office = lots of noise and no work done by the other section...
tare SG yah lor!! tat time she blow style for me.... i HAVE to take pic cos i know i can nvr achieve tat kinda look myself hair service is TAT ex??!! missy... u mean it's a blind date??!! u very brave >.<
elindra SG I think yr colleagues are happy to have a baby in the office coz that means they can play with it and not do their work
viciouskitty74 SG hanor hanor..... you should see me when babies are in the office, I take over the baby and bring him/her everywhere. And that means I am spared 1 hour of work at least. A break in routine and stretching the legs excuse.
